Dear Guest, We appreciate your kind feedback on Holidaycheck regarding your stay at Porto Palácio Congress Hotel & SPA. It was a big pleasure to have you with us and your comments are of great value for us to improve constantly the quality of our service. Regarding the pools we are pleased to inform that the hotel has two different swimming areas available: the Solinca Health & Fitness Club and the WBL SPA. At the Solinca Health & Fitness there is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness area, available free of charge for all hotel guests, every day, during one hour and a half. There is also available a smaller pool for children and aquagym classes. In the WBL SPA there is also a very nice swimming pool available inside the relaxing area called Acquasensations, where hotel guests can go for a special price of 10 euros per 1h30, per person, including also the SPA Jacuzzi, saunas and special showers. About the works on the street in front of the hotel, these are part of Phase 4 of the Rehabilitation of Boavista Avenue, a responsibility of the Municipality of Porto (CMP). In this last phase, which will be carried on until the end of October, constraints on traffic access to all the buildings on the block where Porto Palacio Congress Hotel & SPA is located, may be felt. Although unrelated to this urban intervention, we hereby present our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that may have arise either outside as well as inside of the hotel building. All servicesl continue to operate as usual without any injury to the client and we have already redoubled our care with cleaning, considering this situation. We will continue to concentrate all our efforts so that, during this period, our ambience and service continue unchanged.
