Eher eine Stadtrandlage. Zwei Tage kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen und dies im Dezember. Um zum Bahnhof Termini zu gelangen brauchte der Buß (kein U- Bahnanschluss ) fast 60 Minuten. Ursprünglich war das Barcelo Hotel in Ostia gebucht, aber wurde auf dieses Hotel umgeleitet.

Regarding what he tells us about hot water, we would like first of all to ask for an apology for what happened, unfortunately we had a technical problem with the boiler and as you mentioned we have been without hot water, absolutely this has nothing to do with our usual standards, it was a total isollated case. On the other hand we are sorry that the location of the hotel has not lived up to your expectations, we have a shuttle during the day to the center also with a bus stop (160) to 20 meters that also goes to the city center .
