Dear Ms. Anne I really was disappointing when I read your review. therefore and on behalf of the entire team of Prima Life Makadi Resort please accept our deepest regret for not meeting your expectations while assuring you that your feedback will be communicated to all Department Heads in presence of the General Manager for necessary action where and as applicable. However and in regards to your points related to pool heating, please be informed that we start to heat the pool as of 1st of November as per our contracts.
