Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Da gibt es viel Luft nach oben

Das Positive. Ganz tolle Zimmer. . Gross und sauber, sehr bequeme Betten. Schöne Anlage. Das wars dann auch schon. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Max 3,5 Sterne. Begründungen: Personal zwar freundlich aber nicht geschult. Liegestühle ab 9.30 h komplett belegt. Die Leute reservieren ab 7.00 h. Liegewiese ist eine ungepflegt "Wiese". Sehr viele Zigarettenkippen und Flaschenverschlüsse liegen auf der "Wiese". Essen einmal Buffet und einmal Alla Cart hat uns gereicht. Schlecht Qualität. Getränkepreise zu teuer. Wir haben uns auswärts (trotz HP) verpflegt. An den Strand dann rechts und in 5 Minuten ist man in einem sehr guten und schönen Thai Restaurant Blue Sky. Liebes Management, das liegt alles nicht am Personal sondern am Management. Von uns erhalten 3,5 Sterne

Cleanliness and upkeep of our outdoor areas are fundamental standards, and your observations about the lawn condition and debris are unacceptable. Immediate corrective actions have been initiated with our housekeeping and landscaping teams to improve both cleanliness and maintenance. Regarding dining, we are sorry that the quality and value did not meet your expectations.
