Dear Grit, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. Thank you for highlighting that you found our Food & Beverage prices expensive. It is correct that alcohol beverages are relative more expensive than in some Western countries. This all has to do due to extremely high import taxes from the government. We review our prices, quality of products and supplier selection on monthly basis and make sure we are competitive to the 5 star Hotel Market in Phuket. With the main pool, we now know after looking at every option and it will be a 2 months closure period from September to October this year to renovate. For now, we have a project team nightly in the pool supporting to ensure the pool stays in the best condition possible. I will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services.
