Morgens Rattenspuren Im Bett.
Essen preiswert, so lala!

Hello Peter I am very sorry to hear of your experience staying with us. It is an unfortunate situation and please accept our sincere apologies for something outside of our control. It is something new to us that we have never seen happen before here over many years. We are nature-based, responsible, eco-tourism venue providing an accommodation experience for guests surrounded by a beautiful natural environment filled with plants, trees, flowers, foods, medicines, mountains, spring water and animals. We are different to many other places in Bali and around the world whom have lost their natural environment and created man-made buildings and constructions and sometimes gardens but nearly always surrounded by pollution, contamination, toxicity and environments they control, rather than natural ones. We do not spray chemicals and kill the surrounding ecosystem and animals to dominate and control and create artificial environments. We co-operate and are part of nature here and we have a healthy balanced eco-system and even rodents play an important role out in nature being part of the food chain with insects and birds and they play a role with soil, seeds and other natural processes. Rodents prefer to be outside and in their natural habitat but it is very unfortunate you had a rodent in your room looking for food that night and again I apologise this happened when you were here. We have been open for 27 years and have not experienced this issue before. You can read many reviews that our guests have left over many years and can read that this is not something other guests have experienced. I thank you for your understanding, I apologise for your experience and I ask you to consider the effort we have made to create a beautiful place in nature. Wishing you well and kind regards, Putu Yudhi Ishwari Operational Manager Puri Lumbung Cottages, Munduk Village
