I am glad to learn that you enjoyed our convenient location in the heart of the old town, close to the Vltava, art galleries and parks. It's also pleasing to note that our friendly welcome and extensive breakfast buffet met your expectations. However, I understand that the heat during your stay was not ideal. Our historic building does present certain challenges in terms of modernisation, particularly when it comes to air conditioning. That said, we do provide fans in an attempt to help our guests stay cool during the warmer months. I am sorry if this solution wasn't entirely effective for you.
