Dear Ralf, Your observations about your stay with us are much appreciated. It's delightful to hear that our prime location and the competence of our service team were to your satisfaction. We're also pleased that you enjoyed our local cuisine. The note regarding the lack of air conditioning is noted and is indeed a challenge we face due to the historical nature of our building. Rest assured, we do provide fans to ensure comfort during the warmer months. Your comments on our drinks selection, particularly the beer variety, have also been noted. Unique local experiences, including the culinary ones, are part of what makes travel special. However, we understand that variety is key to pleasing all palates.
