We are very sorry that you didn't manage to have an enjoyable check in, our reception does close at 11pm and if we have your payment and contact information we are able to send through a code to you so that you are able to quite easily check in with a code. Unfortunately, we did not have them in advance. The key you get from the afterhours check in, is programmed for only one day to ensure that you complete the check in with the reception so that we are able to ensure that you have all the necessary check in instructions to have an enjoyable stay, we are sorry that you weren't able to collect your actual key for the entirety of the stay.
