Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel. Essen könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen, aber es findet sich für jeden etwas. Leider sind zwei der fünf Lokalitäten nur gegen Bares zu nutzen, an einem der Strandlokale gibt es nur Pizza Margherita und Fisch gab es leider nie in 14 Tagen Urlaub. Der Pool ist sehr groß, zum Schwimmen aber viel zu warm, dementsprechend leider auch die Algenbildung. Man ist jedoch bemüht, den Pool täglich zu reinigen.
Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, es gibt renovierte und leider auch noch alte Zimmer, die nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel entsprechen.
Das Personal ist bemüht
Die Straßen in Kenia sind von Schlaglöchern gesäumte Feldwege, geteerte Straßen sind die Seltenheit, auch der Weg zum Hotel ist nur ein Feldweg. Die Hauptstraßen sind aber in Ordnung.

We have read through all the points of concern you raised where we did not meet your expectations. We have also raised each of these points with the relevant Team members. Allow me to apologise on behalf of the team members for the hiccups you encountered on our roads and the fish. We do wish to state that as at now the road is being done to a modern with cabros by the County Government and shall be finished by end of financial year. All guest feedback gathered so far, will be taken into account when planning out the improvements we intend to make. This includes not just the infrastructure, but systems and training of staff.
