Generally,very friendly stuff,excepting some of the stuff of Reception,who forgot to put me bracelet on Check -in and I didn't know that this was a rule for the tourists,because I don't think this would be my business. So,next day after my check-in,I was stopped to enter in the hotel by the staff of Security.Of course,this problem was solved,but I don't think it's normal for me to be stressed in my vacation because of this.I consider that the strength points of this hotel are-the best conditions of accommodation,the best conditions for relaxing and entertainment,especially of the program of the animation team;here,I want to congratulate the leader of the team-Burcin and the members of this team,especially Yunus,who is a very hardworker member of this team ,to make us- for the tourists-a pleasant and relaxant vacation.
