Dear Sir/Madam, We have read your review and naturally we thank you for your comments and we will definitely be discussing the room and room service always to improve our service. We of course do apologise that these services you have mentioned did not reach your expectations. May I ask if upon check in you were asked if you wanted your room to be cleaned normally or not at all ,as we do exercise our green sustainability program. Upon check in were you made aware of our greenroom programme? where front office ask if you would like your room to be cleaned regularly or not cleaned for the whole of your stay and in return us as a hotel offer you something in return. I am only saying this could have happened and you may have been tired after travelling ..however we will still look into your comment and discuss with housekeeping . We do hope you will give us the chance to restore your trust in us once again and it would be lovely to meet up.
