Das Hotel ist auf alle Fälle renovierungsbedürftig. Es sind nicht alle Zimmer renoviert worden. Wurde aber so beschrieben. Es gibt einige gefährliche Stolperfallen rund um das Kinderbecken. Essen war gut. Strandlage super. Animation auch toll.
Zimmernummern fehlten teilweise auf den Türen. Schimmel im Badezimmer. Zimmer war aber sauber.
Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Leider waren die Teller und Gläser immer dreckig. Kinderhochstühle wurden nie gereinigt.
Mitarbeiter waren sehr kinderfreundlich.
Transferzeit ca. 60 Minuten. Strand war toll. Wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Hotelanlage direkt am Meer. Wasser war klar und warm.

Habe die ganze Woche keinen das Pool, die Fliesen oder die Rutschentreppen reinigen gesehen. Becken sind generell sehr tief. Animationsteam war aber sehr toll und engagiert. Fitnessraum gibt es keinen.

At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points: Our pools, tiles, and slides are cleaned and checked daily early in the morning to ensure hygiene and safety for all guests. All of our rooms have now been fully renovated, without exception, and we regret if there was any confusion regarding this. We also do offer an outdoor gym, which is clearly stated in our information, so that our guests can stay active while enjoying the open air.
