Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel war der reinste Reinfall. Das erste Zimmer dreckig, voll Schimmel und duster. Nach einem Wechsel war das Zimmer besser aber auch nicht sauber. Nach Bitten hat uns unsere liebe Frau vom Housekeping alles gereinigt. In den Pool konnte man nicht weil viel zu viel Chlor drin war. Das Essen hat sich fast täglich wiederholt. Fleisch war abwechslungsreich aber die Beilagen immer das gleiche. Sehr viel Sachen die kaputt waren. Also das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert

Dear Guest, Your description in no way reflects the standards and procedures of our hotel. Referring to your stay as a “total disaster” is a gross exaggeration that we strongly reject. Our pools are tested several times daily, and chlorine levels are strictly monitored and recorded according to health regulations. Excess chlorine is simply not possible. The opposite may happen. As for room cleanliness our team responds immediately, as it did in your case — something you yourself acknowledged. Our culinary program includes daily changing meat dishes, international specialties, and a wide variety of side options and vegetarian choices.
