Our Dear Guest, Thank you for your time writing your review. We will go through each point from your review. I checked our guests' activities during the same period and did not find any complains relevant to the food or beverage. We have 2-3 cases from the hot weather and over consumption of alcoholic drinks. We have a repeated menus every week covering most of the food Tasts. Breakfast is including continental, Mediterranean Sea type food, and Egyptian items with varieties of hot drinks plus fresh fruit juices (Orange, Carrots, Appels, Lemon,...etc.) at an extra charge. Both our lunch and dinner include salads, oriental appetizers, vegetables, rice, selection of break, and finally fresh fish, chicken, ducks, and different type of cow meets. We are freshly baking bread during the lunch time, hot out of the oven. We are using bottled water (Dasani from Pepsi Co. or Nestle). Our soft drinks are from Pepsi Co. and the beer from Stella Co. which is the best in the country, and wine is from the Pyramid beverage Co. (Obelisk, Omar El Khaiam,...etc.) In addition, we have a vet. in charge of food hygiene Nothing changed in Management but even we are doing continuous improvements and upgrades. Our guest relation informed me that both of you and your child were sick before coming to the hotel and you visited the doctor directly after your arrival. Anyway, Sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and we hope to see you in near future.
