Wegen angeblichem Wasserschaden wurden wir in eine Absteige ohne Dusche und ohne Heizung im Bad umgebucht. Nie wieder!
Das Zimmer, das wir erhalten hatten, hat nicht einmal Jugendherbergen-Standard entsprochen. Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer gebucht. Untergebracht wurden wir
4 Minten in der Kälte über eine vielbefahrene Straße und etliche Ampeln zum Frühstück.
Wir wurden in jeder Hinsicht für dumm gehalten.
Das Hotel ist in Prag 2, also recht zentral, in 3 Minuten Entfernung zur U-Bahn. Parkplätze sind jedoch NICHT vorhanden.

Dear Alexander, we are incredibly sorry for the situation happened and that we could not make your stay in Prague comfortable. Since you booked spacious superior room we had to give you accomedation with the same standard, it's such a pity you didn't let us know about the issues that you had in Apartment since we would do our best to solve them because your comfort is the most important for us. And of course when we were informed on the next morning we provided you with the original room you booked. We are still feeling incredibly sad about the situation and would be very grateful to have a chance to welcome you again to make your next stay much more comfortable and without any incidents.
