Mr. Alexander, mentioned some comments , and this our feedback 1 - (The hotel Staff are completely unfriendly) He may feel that the staff are not friendly because the lake of language, as they are different speaking the foreign languages, and some of them speaking German. also the 90% of the staff are working in the hotel since the opening in 2000. they have enough hospitality experience, this the reason why they still working in the hotel. 2- (The beach need special shoes and not clean): actually, the beach is always clean, and I'm sure that Mr. Alexander saw the Beach Staff cleaning beach the whole day and on daily basis, but we can't clean or remove the corals inside the sea as it's completely forbidden. 3- (The plastic Cubs at the beach bar):, this important to serve in that plastic cups at beach bar because of the safety and hygiene, to avoid the breakage, and to ensure the cleanliness in the open air bars and the hot weather. 4- (The Pasta station every day); the buffet in the main restaurant is very important to include Pasta,, as we always serving an international food with 9 days food cycle, but the type of pasta is changing every day. we are always have the pleasure with such comment of Mr. Alexander, and also we thank him for his comments, we may find something to correct, or something new to add.
