Transferbus hält direkt vor der Rezeption. Das Gepäck wird sofort von den Angestellten abgenommen. Check-In und Unterweisung super. Man wird mit einer Art Golf-Wagen zum/-r Zimmer/Unterkunft gefahren. Zimmer sauber. Minibar mit Wasserflaschen. Große und strake Klimaanlage. Service 10/10, auch um 03:00 nachts ist die Rezeption erreichbar. Das Schloss vom Balkon war jedoch bei Ankunft kaputt. Nach einem nichtmal eine-minütigen Telefonat waren zwei Techniker im Zimmer und das Schloss wurde kostenlos ausgetauscht. Keine Mängel in jeglicher Hinsicht.
