Dear klaus, First of all, thank you deeply for allowing us to have you again with us in this renovated experience. Your loyalty is of great value to us. Thank you as well for your honest feedback about your visit last year. To continue, we lament this time we felt-short to accomplish your expectations. Allow me to mention we have increased the quantity of beach and pool chairs in our regular and Preferred area as well. Though, in light of your comment, we will verify closely their distribution. In the same way, it is sad that you encountered the areas to be noisy. In fact, we concentrate the activities during the day in our main pool and side of the beach, as a consequence, the atmosphere in our relaxing pool and Preferred areas is of quietness.
