We do provide on our entire estate still water and sparkling water complimentary at the guest comfort at our water stations and we do provide complimentary water bottles for the active side of life. Especially in our suites and villas we provide following items free of charge at your service: • 2 liters of water per day, refilled 2 x per day • 3-6 capsules of espresso • 12 sachets of mixed tea • all this per day complimentary included We apologize that this amount is not satisfying for you, but we want to note that we never got any complaint based that same is not enough. Of course, you may will understand that further additional consumption is payable as per individual requirement to keep the room rates to comparable market level and focused on the accommodation part. Our room rates are priced very attractive below the market average for 5star boutique resorts even so all above mentioned amenities are included free of charge. You booked our entry level category for 1 night, Junior Suite Oceanview at the regular discounted rate for the high season of Mauritius at EUR 437 per day including breakfast buffet for a 1 night stay. We are highly rated for our excellent peaceful location on a nearly private style lagoon in the beautify nature of the South of Mauritius. Our beachfront is very popular and leading in the South of Mauritius due to its calm sea and slope white beach and we do feature one of the best snorkeling reefs of the island, maybe you didn’t explore the entire 1,5km beachfront side we offer? The distance to the airport is very comfortable 30mins and to the main attractions of the island just 25-30 minutes, even more close like from most other resort locations in Mauritius in the East or far North. We are very sorry to read that we could not satisfied your requirements with our check-in procedure, which is designed to be welcoming, fast and of course complete in essence of rich information. Of course, some requirements are additional to European Hotel Check-In procedures you may are used to, we want to highlight that we are located in Africa and a higher level of security control and check-in procedures have to be applied by governmental legislation requirements for lodging industries. We do feature a fleet of club cars for the guest comfort which is available on 24 hours basis, and we noted no delay in any of the club cars orders during your stay.
