Will write this rating in English and German (due to the reason that the most guests are english speaking) First of all, you have to know which kind of holiday you want to have, if you want to have a trip just for relaxing, you should not go to Magaluf, but hopefully this is clear for everyone. - The arrival / check in was easy and also an upgrade to a better room was no problem (wanted to have pool view) - The rooms are modern, clean and they do have everything you will need (safe, clima, refrigerator) - the pool area is also beautiful and clean (with Live DJ - really amazing sound, Thank You Helena for the great sound) - The complete staff very friendly The last point and this is a special and big "THANK YOU" goes to Ania, doesn't matter what you need, if you talk to her, she always does have a hint for you what you can do :) will return for sure :) /// jetzt auf deutsch. Man muss sich im klaren sein, Magaluf ist ein Partyort, d.h. der Ort und die Unterkünfte sind darauf ausgelegt. zum Hotel selbst: - Der Check In lief problemlos ab, Zimmerupgrade war ebenfalls kein Problem (wollten zumindest die etwas ruhigere Pool Seite haben) - Die Zimmer sind modern, bieten alles was man benötigt (Klimaanlage, Safe, Kühlschrank,....) und sind vor allem sehr sauber - Die Pool Area schließt sich hier an, Modern, Sauber und bietet einen Live DJ - täglich (Danke an Helena für den Super Sound) - generell ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zum Schluss möchte ich nochmal ganz herzlich ein riesiges DANKE an Ania richten, egal was man benötigt oder wissen möchte, sie steht einem zur Verfügung und setzt auch alles daran, den Wunsch zu erfüllen - einfach spitze :-)) Werde auf alle Fälle wieder im Sol House Mallorca by Ibiza Rocks vorbeischauen
