Mit viel Vorfreude fuhren wir zum Hotel. Doch leider wurden wir über die ganze Woche hinweg eher enttäuscht. Für uns hat es an sich gereicht, aber ein zweites Mal kommen wir nicht mehr.
An sich sehr herzig eingerichtet. Leider aber nicht sauber und unser Bett wurde in der ganzen Woche nie gemacht. Das Bett war auch sehr hart, habe im Rücken oder Rippen die Federn der Matratze gespürt. Bad war unhygienisch. Manche Stellen wohl seit Wochen nicht geputzt worden. Balkon war schön, haben halt einfach in das nächste Hotelzimmer gesehen, hat und jedoch nicht gestört.
Auswahl war nicht sehr gross. Gab oft das Gleiche.
Das MEISTE Personal war sehr freundlich. Manche haben sich jedoch mit den kleinsten Fragen sehr schwer getan.
1.5 h vom Flughafen waren sehr kurzweilig. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Strand und auch in der Nähe von vielen Geschäften.

Pool Bereich nicht sehr gross. Der Jacuzzi funktionierte nicht. Waren nicht sehr oft im Hotel, haben auswärts Freizeit Angebote in Anspruch genommen.

We value our customers’ opinions and apologize that we did not meet all your expectations I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the location of the Hotel, the nicely furnished room, the nice balcony and that most of the staff were very friendly The experiences you described about cleaning are not characteristic of the level of service that our colleagues strive to provide, and we apologize that we didn’t meet your expectations. We do inform our guests on arrival’s information notice, that when the Hotel’s Maid passes from their room for Cleaning and they have the "Do not disturb” card on the knob of their door, the cleaning of their room will probably not be possible, if their request last’s longer than 13:00 Hrs. We have the utmost standards in hygiene and cleanliness. Your remarks are not a common occurrence and we will share your comments with our employees. Regarding you comments about the Pool Jacuzzi that it was not working we would like to inform you that the Jacuzzi is set automatically to work from 12:00 hrs and stop and restart every 1 hour until 17:00 hrs. We will take everything you have shared with us into consideration and we would love to see you back in the near future and give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.
