Dear Guests, Thank you for taking the to bring your feedback to our attention. We are always concerned when hearing that guests may have felt some level of unhappiness during their stay and we take all comments into serious consideration. Regarding the food the hotel provides a big variety of food and every day there is a different theme at the main restaurant. We strongly believe that your review does not match the services and standards we offer to our clients and also the opinion of the high majority of our guests. Regarding the rooms the hotel consists two different buildings the beach front wing and the garden wing side.There are different room types and if our guests wish to upgrade their room there is an extra charge. We always try to give our guest different choices of rooms in order to fulfill them whenever possible .Also the hotel has three different pool areas and one of them is adults only which are daily controlled as the health and safety of our guests is our main priority.
