Aus DeutschlandAufgrund der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen bis in die Nacht und bereits am frühen Morgen sehr viel Fluglärm. Trotz all inclusive sollte man am Adults Pool für die Getränke bezahlen (mind. 10 € Konsum am Tag) und am Strand die Liegen (4€ am Tag). Zimmer war modern und sauber, wenn auch etwas dunkel wegen Nordseite; mit seitlichem Meerblick. Das Essen hat mich nicht begeistert, beim Frühstück wurde viel Öl verwendet (Spiegeleier in Öl geschwommen, Omelette auch in viel zu viel Öl gebraten). „Healthy“ Corner bestand aus abgepackten glutenfreien Produkten (Kekse, Gebäck etc.) Beim Mittagessen und Abendessen die Auswahl des warmen Essens war nicht gut, das Meiste verkocht und nicht appetitlich angerichtet. Außerdem hatte man trotz all in nicht die Möglichkeit, außerhalb des Buffet Restaurants zu essen (Pool Bar servierte Sandwiches u.ä. aber musste man bezahlen).

Regarding the food the hotel provides a big variety of food and every day there is a different theme at the main restaurant. We strongly believe that your review does not match the services and standards we offer to our clients and also the opinion of the high majority of our guests.We are unhappy that you didn't contact anyone of the management team who is always around and willing to find solutions for any cases so we could have handled the situation at that time.
