Schöne Umgebung, Buffet war ganz oke könnte besser sein. Service war befriedigend könnte freundlicher sein. Die Zimmer waren begehbar und zum Schlafen geeignet.

  • Service war ganz oke, manchmal haben sie ihre Professionalität durch denn ganzen Stress verloren aber ansonsten gut.

  • Vor dem Hotel befinden sich zwar kleine Geschäfte ist aber nichts besonderes. Um am Stand schwimmen zu können muss man einen ca 25 Meter langen Steg benutzen was nicht immer praktisch ist.

It was a pleasure for us to host you and on behalf of all team we would like to thank you for such valuable feedback. We are taking to consideration each single recommendation in order to make corrective action and prevent in the future, details regarding negative subject mentioned in reviews, assisting us to understand in details what we need improve and to make immediately action. According to your evaluation we could see that mainly you were satisfied with your stay in the Resort, but some issue we need to improve. We are sorry for not meeting all your vacation expectations The Management of SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select-is committed to achieve a leadership position in hospitality industry while providing the most efficient service, facilities and environment that meets the needs and expectations of our guests and surrounding society by applying its Quality & HACCP Management system and to ensure that it is safe and wholesome for the better safety and satisfaction of our customers & Employees through, as we are working constantly on improving our services to meet and exceed our guests' expectations, we appreciate all your comments and we will follow up the improvement with each concerned Department Heads. Please be informed that during the stay there is implemented guest contact: 1. Courtesy call after check in to the room - to be sure that room location is good (according to reserve room type). 2. During breakfast and dinner time Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, Quality Manager - asking about food, service - to be sure that guest enjoy food and beverage selection, in case of special request we will be more than happy to prepare special meal. 3. During the day by pool and beach our animation team and guest service center agent contacting guest - to be sure that customer is satisfied in overall with holidays. 4. In the middle of vacation our guest service center team calling to the guest room - to ask if guest stay is comfortable. All Above has been done just to reach maximum guest satisfaction, in case you have any request please do not hesitated to inform us that we can improve your vacation expectations. We would like to gave some comments about rooms: There is implementing special team for room inspection but also we will double care for room cleaning. Food and Beverage Manager; Executive Chef is always in the middle in the Restaurant. Please do not hesitated to ask to show you Buffet in order to know in which area is which items or for any assistance. We are understanding that each guest has his own preference in main time out International Main Buffet food selection done according to the guest nationality in house and future coming guest in current month. We are constantly looking statistic figures according to the Nationalities. Buffet Food selection preparing according guest preference, method of cooking. Guest could find European food selection, West European Food Selection, Arabian cuisine. Buffet Display design that guest could see different section with A4 sign in which highlighted food selection and cooking method, for example: Grilled items; Healthy Corner; Deep Fry Section; Life Cooking Sections with pizza; pasta with minimum 3 kind of sauce; grilled and fried items which are cooking in front of the guest, deep fry section; carving selection; wok Station; Sandwich station; Large Salad section for breakfast/lunch/dinner including assorted lettuce; rucola; different kind of platters; huge selection of dressing and condiments; spices display. We are trying to meet expectations for each customer, for breakfast guest will find smoked salmon; basturma as well smoked beef; imported cheese selection; fresh corner with olives; Light Corner; Fresh Juice Selection; huge bakery and pastry selection; grilled vegetables. For Lunch and Dinner minimum 3 kind of meat and seafood; vegan food selection. Dinner theme nights done for rotation 7 days including following theme nights: seafood; BBQ; International; Italian; Mexican; Asian; Egyptian. Buffet Rotation dishes implemented for 7 days with no repetitive items from lunch to dinner and during the week. Guest could find a part of this in all inclusive package: snacks with huge selection (minimum 20 kind of different main course dish); 3 Special Á La Carte Restaurants with Italian Cuisine; Egyptian Cuisine; Diet & Light Cuisine including gluten free items; Asian Cuisine also there is tea time selection with different kind of canapé; sandwich and pastry items We are checking in details each item preparation including meat. Resort is adult only and sold as relax soft animation. Can find program at the mobile application after entering WiFi password.
