However, we are very sorry to hear that the noise level in the hotel affected your experience. We are glad to hear that our gastronomic offer was to your liking. We will also pass on your compliments to the reception staff for their friendliness, although we are sorry to hear that you did not experience the same with the staff in the catering areas, we are sorry if you were offended by the treatment you received, all our staff are trained to the highest standards of customer care, to provide you with the best possible customer service, at no time was it our intention to make you feel in any way out of place. We are sorry to hear that the beds were not comfortable enough for you. We would have liked to hear about this during your stay, so that we could have improved your stay or even offered you a room change if availability allowed us to do so.
