Aus der SchweizHabe dieses Jahr das erste Mal nur die Unterkunft ohne HP Verpflegung gebucht. Ich finde es befremdlich, dass wenn man nur die Unterkunft bucht, das Zimmer lediglich 1x in der Woche gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt werden. Bei einem Preis von rund € 3100 für 14 Tage (ca. € 220 täglich) muss eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers sowie das wechseln der Handtücher drin liegen. Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 5. Mal in Ortano. Leider findet die Animation nach wie vor auf italienisch statt. Da immer mehr nicht italienische Turisten in Ortano anzutreffen sind, wäre eine Animation in Englisch und Deutsch sicherlich von Vorteil. Das hat die GL von TH Ortano leider nach wie vor trotz mehreren hinweisen nicht erkannt. Für eine Familie die das erste Mal dort Urlaub macht, kann ich es empfehlen aber sicherlich nicht für regelmässige Besuche. Was auch nicht zu empfehlen ist, die Buchung über TH zu machen, da sind die Preise massiv überrissen, und TUI ist hierfür eine ideale Lösung.
