Stark in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen! Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht ! Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer für 4 Erwachsene gebucht! In beiden Zimmern funktionierte weder Klimaanlage noch Kühlschrank. Teppiche eher versüfft. In Zimmer 103 war das Bett schön groß für 2 Personen, Zimmer 225 lag zwischen Baustellen das Bett war nur halb so groß ( für 2 große Personen eher eine Qual und dann noch ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage, fast unerträglich!) Erholungseffekt gleich null.
Frühstück war in Ordnung
Man was stets bemüht, leider ohne Erfolg

While we are pleased to read that our breakfast was up to your liking and our location was convenient for you we are regretted to learn that in other aspects of our hotel did not meet with your expectations. We do apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit. Please be kindly informed that we have repaired our air condition system, unfortunately an unexpected, central problem arose in the hotel's cooling system, which our colleagues have now successfully repaired. Regarding your comments on the beds, please be kindly informed that we have replaced all our mattresses in the hotel to avoid re-occurrence of these comments.
