Das Hotel ist in einem ziemlich maroden Zustand. Es besteht aus mehreren Wohnkomplexen. Das Essen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Früstücksbuffet in keinster Weise abwechlungsreich.
Die Lage war recht gut. Die Fahrt zum Hotel dauerte keine 15 Min. Das Stadtzentrum kann mit einer Taxe in gut 15 Min erreicht werden.
