Regarding the issue of external visitor charges, kindly allow us to provide further clarification. The beach on Koh Tao, like all other beaches in Thailand, is public. However, we collect a fee of THB100 per person for those accessing the beach through our resort premises only. This fee serves to limit the number of external visitors entering the resort, maintain beach cleanliness, and allow them to use the toilet at our resort. Please rest assured, that non-resort guests are strictly prohibited from using the pool or sunbeds. Additionally, our security team conducts regular patrols to monitor the situation. Thank you for your constructive feedback regarding the price-performance ratio, room condition, and service standards will be thoroughly reviewed by our management team to identify areas for improvement. We apologize for any shortcomings and assure you that we are committed to providing excellent value and service to our guests. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings, please rest assured that our food prices are in line with the neighboring resorts offering the same level of services. Nevertheless, we will take your comments about the pricing and quality of other dishes into consideration as we refine our culinary offerings. In terms of sports and entertainment options, we understand the importance of providing diverse activities for our guests to enjoy. Our resort offers some water sports including kayaking and stand-up paddleboard. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded experience that encompasses both the amenities within our property and the natural wonders of our surroundings. Whether it's snorkeling around the resort or diving with the Reef Dive Center, there's always something exciting to do. Additionally, massage services are available upon advanced reservations.
