Our resort is tucked away in Shark Bay, one of the island’s hidden gems, cherished by many of our guests for its peaceful ambiance away from the tourist crowds. To make getting around easier, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Koh Tao Center. We apologize if our staff did not inform you about this service during your stay. We appreciate your feedback on the maintenance of our resort, and we've already taken steps to address any issues with our maintenance team. As for our menu prices, we strive to keep them fair and in line with other resorts offering similar services and facilities.
