We would like to thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, guest satisfaction is very important to us and we are extremely disappointed that on this occasion we did not fully achieve this for you; Regarding your comments, we would advise as follows: 1- Music volume, please be informed that we have two pools on our property one of them is used for animation team activities and the other is without activities as we recommended during your good-self accommodation you can use the one without activities. 2- Fries' comments we are serving fries every day in Panorama bar and day by day in our lunch meal. 3- Once more regarding our animation program, kindly be advised that we are trying to satisfy all our guests that is why we arranging a variety in our program between activity music & low soft one.
