Dear Andreas, Thank you for reviewing your stay at The Three Corners Sunny Beach, your comments are very important to us, in order to keep improving our service quality. We take your remark about the cleanliness very seriously and will carefully follow-up on that. Our hotel, like many more, is also appreciated by the Egyptians who want to escape to hectic city life during their holidays. Their female swimwear, that we call the burkini, might indeed appear like full clothes, but is in fact proper swim attire. We feel sincerely sorry if you felt any inconvenience from the cultural differences. The service providers allowed in the hotel do indeed promote their offers around the pool, but as we understand that some of our guests do not want to be disturbed, we as such provide “do not disturb” signs to display at your chaise-longue. Those signs are available at the towels kiosk. Our beach is part of a protected area, which we may not amend. At low tide, the area between the shore and the reef is mud-sandy, and we cannot avoid that the wind and the currents sometimes bring unwanted objects ashore. Our beach boys’ team spares no effort to collect them. The jetty is there to facilitate the access to the swim and snorkel area. We do genuinely regret that we did not fully meet your expectations but look forward to having another chance to welcome you at The Three Corners Sunny Beach.
