Pro: -Rezeptionsteam war sehr bemüht in der Problemlösung -Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt -Entertainmentangebot war gut Kontra: -Zimmer zu laut (Pooltechnik im Keller sorgt für permanentes lautes Summen in den Räumen), durch das Hotelmanagement angebotenes Alternativzimmer hatte dieselbe Problematik + Fäkalgeruch durch den Klärauslass ins Mittelmeer (je nach Windrichtung) -keine Problemlösung seitens TUI -Hotel wurde über die Jahre um mehrere Blöcke erweitert, Pool und Speisesaal aber nicht, was selbst vor der Hauptsaison zu sehr vollen Verhältnissen führt. -Personal im Speisesaal wirkte nicht sehr kompetent (mal fehlte Besteck, es fehlten häufig Beschriftungen der Speisen, Speisen waren meist lauwarm etc.) -Speisen waren sehr repetitiv -Beim Reiseanbieter beworbene Features (hier Nachtimbiss von 0:00-1:00Uhr) gab es nicht -es wird nicht darauf hingewisen, dass man Treppen steigen muss -Durch die Lage des Hotels ist man quasi zwangsgebunden an Touren, die von TUI angeboten werden.
