Sehr gutes empfehlenswertes Hotel. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. In keinem anderen Hotel haben wir je so ein tolles Personal erlebt. Man hat immer das Gefühl, man hat einige vom Staff für sich alleine. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Sarah und Frederik von der Poolbar, ebenso Kija von der Rezeption beim Restaurant. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit einem Hängesessel ( einfach toll) auf der Terrasse. Kontrolliert werden müsste nur das Poolwasser, denn es gab auf meinem Badeanzug immer eine leichte Grünfärbung auf den weißen Stellen. Nach meiner Anfrage wurde aber sofort ein Fachmann zu Rate gezogen und der Badeanzug wurde auch kostenlos gereinigt. Einziger Kritikpunkt, es fehlt ein Umkleideraum beim Pool, so dass man bequem den Badeanzug wechseln kann und dies nicht auf den Toiletten ( die übrigens sehr sauber gehalten werden) erledigen muss. Das Buffet ist ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Einmal in der Woche gibt es Buffet am Pool, bzw am Strand. Also sehr aufwendig. Es gibt immer genug Liegen, auch unterm Schirm und die Betten sind herrlich zum Entspannen. Es gibt Ebbe und Flut. Die Ebbe eignet sich gut zu einem Meerspaziergang. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, durchaus mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten.

I am glad to know that you enjoyed the hanging chair on your balcony, which we thought would be a perfect addition to the spacious balconies in order to allow our guests to fully experience the beautiful Indian ocean breeze and starry skies. I regret for the inconvenience caused by the pool water incident. We encountered a technical problem, and some of our guests' clothes were affected by the pool chemicals. Fortunately, we were able to identify the problem quickly and take the necessary action to resolve it. I am, however, pleased that our laundry team was able to clean your swimsuit in a timely manner. We appreciate your feedback regarding the changing rooms, and we will certainly consider your suggestions for improvement. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the variety of our buffet and found it to be of excellent quality. I hope that you were able to sample some of the dishes offered at our other restaurants as well. The beach and pool theme nights are certainly a highlight, and I am thrilled that you enjoyed them just as much as we do. As you noted, our hotel is located on the East coast of the island, and we experience low and high tides every six hours. I am glad that you were able to take advantage of the low tides by taking long walks on the beach and exploring the reef and Sealife. Thank you so much for your wonderful review.
