Dear Jaroslaw, Thank you for sharing feedback following your recent experience with us. I truly regret the inconvenience caused during your stay. Please allow to elaborate, for the benefit of a broader audience too. I am pleased to inform you that we do have German speaking managers in the hotel. Our Executive Assistant manager and the Blue Fit instructor both speak fluent German. We also have some employees who are learning German as well. In regards to the TUI Representative, it is important to note that he attends several TUI Guests on the Island. Bearing in mind, the mobile network connection can be lost while commuting from one side to the other, you might have tried to reach him while he is driving to meet other Guests on the Island. However, he is available in the Hotel 6 days a week. We also have a meet & greet at the welcome lounge everyday where the Representatives meet the guests and assist them with any further information and solutions. Unfortunately, the reality of being in Zanzibar is the fact that electricity is not stable and we keep on getting power outages. However, our backup generator normally takes a few seconds to light up the whole hotel again. I do appreciate your feedback and will look into the comments for further investigation.
