Dear Martin, Many thanks for taking the time to share feedback following your stay with us. It is true that there is not much happening outside the hotel apart from a brand-new entertainment complex and a few good eating and partying spots on the beach which are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. In fact, the entertainment complex which is called Shambaland is only about 800 meters away from the hotel gate. There 2 fast food restaurants inside the complex, pain ball shooting range, a few shopping options and a Waikiki party every Friday. However, most of our Guests don’t mind the lack of other facilities outside the hotel since they are mostly here to relax and sunbathe. We also have an excursions desk and a water sports center where you can book all your activities too. I understand that the beach boys can be annoying but a simple, kind “no” solves the annoyance in most cases. Being on the eastern coast of the Island, the tide phenomena is well pronounced at the sea. However, this serves as the perfect opportunity to explore the beach and the ocean life in the shallows of the Indian Ocean. Once again, thank you for the feedback.
