Dear Thorsten, Thank you for taking the time to share feedback following your recent stay with us. I am very pleased to read that for the most part, you enjoyed your experience with us. I do however regret that you did not enjoy the volleyball since it was not an activity which was participated with an instructor / animator. As we are not an animation hotel, some of the activities are placed so that the guests can come together on their own and plan a match / game. a best example is looking at the pinboard section in BLUE app where you can drop a message to ask anyone who's interested to join in a game. However, your feedback is highly valuable, and we will look into a solution to make activities like volleyball more organized and planned. i hope that we can welcome you back soon and make sure your next stay is an even more memorable one. kind regards, Reda Sweed - General Manager
