Schöne Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Nur die Beschilderung z.B. zum Fitnessraum könnte besser sein. Ein Lageplan könnte auch helfen. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.
Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Auf unserem Wunsch im 1. Stock. Es war schon etwas abgenutzt, aber sehr sauber
Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr lecker. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen. Es gab auch immer frische Früchte. Das Abendessen wurde auch mal am Pool oder Strand aufgebaut. Man gibt sich wirklich Mühe. Es gibt auch noch andere Restaurants, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, weil uns das Essen im Hauptrestaurant gut geschmeckt hat.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Am Abreisetag wurden wir erst um 17:30 abgeholt. Ein Late Check out wäre gegen Aufpreis möglich gewesen. Dies wollten wir nicht nutzen. Wir durften trotzdem alle Einrichtungen nutzen und uns wurde ein Duschraum vor der Abreise zur Verfügung gestellt. Einfach toll!

Ich habe leider zu spät das Sportangebot ausprobiert. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Auch die Aquagymnastik haben wir probiert und es hat uns gefallen

I strongly agree with your comments regrading the signages and I am pleased to inform you that we have already replaced most of them and have provisioned to add new ones as well. In terms of the sight plan, we do have the resort map on the BLUE app that would help you get around more easily. I am glad that you did not feel inconvenienced by the late departure policy and were able to enjoy the facilities whilst waiting for your transfer to arrive. Food is a strong topic for us since we offer several dining options including a variety of buffet and experiences. I am very pleased to read that you enjoyed all the available options. On the other hand, missing out on the activities is just another excuse to come back soon to enjoy all the facilities and activities we have in place.
