Dear Sebastian, Many thanks for reviewing your experience with us. I am very pleased to read the heading of the review “Great hotel on one of the most beautiful islands” . This surely makes me proud of being part of this beautiful Team and Hotel. On the other hand, I regret your experience with the beach boys. However, I am pleased to inform you that we have revamped the security since October and we have a bigger support from the Tourist police and the Ministry of Tourism. I am happy to say that we have since then not received any complaints from the Guests who stayed from October onwards regarding the beach boys. In regards to the cocktails at the beach bar, this is something I personally never encountered and I assure you that I will personally investigate further. I do understand that the pina colada might taste different since we use fresh coconut and serve in the fresh coconut, and naturally, coconuts don’t aways taste the same due to the difference in sweetness and other factors. However, with the help of feedback like yours’ and our in-house guests, we will look into this and find the right solution.
