Dear Simone und Christian, Greetings from the tropical island of Zanzibar. Thank you for sharing feedback of your experience with us. I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the reception and found the check-in process to be informative and friendly. In regard to the bed, i wish you would have raised the matter whilst you are here since we have softer mattresses ready to go upon request. I am glad that you found the food to be rich and enjoyed the varieties provided, as well as enjoyed the beverages. The staff never fail to make me proud, and your comments highlights their amazing job done every day. Thank you for your feedback regarding children's activities. Since we do not have child minders, we try to keep the activities neutral whereas the parents can take part with their children. However, we will look into your comments for future consideration.
