Regarding the temperature of the food, kindly be advised that the buffet keeps the food warm with a bain-marie, as well as heat lamps in order to heat the food gently, but not to keep it cooking after it has been delivered. Also, the food is replenished regularly in order to serve it warm. We follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature. However, upon request, our Restaurant staff will be happy to heat your plate for you.
