Das Hotel ist nichts weiteres als aussehen! Service schlecht, essen immer das selbe und wenig Auswahl für 5 Sterne Hotel. Hatten nur Ameisen im Zimmer die auch Eier legten. Mehrmals angesprochen aber nichts wurde geändert! Klima war defekt und die Reinigung hat nichts sauber gemacht außer die Betten aufgeräumt. Es gab keine Shampoos und auch Kein Duschgel. Wasser was für uns zur Verfügung stand, wurde nicht mal aufgefüllt. Mehrmals an der Rezeption beschwert - vergeblich! und Personal außer die im Restaurant ist die reinste Katastrophe
