Aus DeutschlandDie Hotelanlage war sehr gut, der Pool und die Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang sehr schön. Die Zimmer könnten für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas schöner eingerichtet sein. Das Essensangebot und die Qualität passte in keiner Hinsicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel, das Angebot der Speisen war sehr eingeschränkt, die Speisen wiederholten sich mehrmals die Woche. Die Qualität war schlecht und die Speisen waren fast durchweg nur noch lauwarm. Die Getränkepreise waren dafür jedoch exorbitant hoch!

In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough, one may take into consideration that the opening and closing of the plates may be a reason for the food not being hot enough.
