Wir würden dieses Hotel niemals weiterempfehlen und entspricht niemals den 4 Sternen. Auch wir wurden von den falschen Bewertungen und Bilder getäuscht. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen, wir im Hotel , von anderen Gästen feststellten,
-Zimmer relativ neu renoviert -bei Meerblick Strassenlärm und Bar ist gleich unterhalb. Dadurch Lärm bis fast 24.00Uhr.
Essen war sehr schlecht und immer kalt.! ! ! Was wir bis jetzt noch nie erlebt hatten, dass die Tische mit Stofftischtücher gedeckt wurden, und immer schon zuvor mit Teller und Besteck gedeckt wurden. Also wenn man Essen holen wollte, musste man die kalten Teller vom Tisch mitnehmen. Essraum war nicht so gross , und dadurch gab es regelmässigen Wechsel. Wenn die Tischtücher vom Vorgänger Flecken hatten , wurden diese nicht gewechselt, wie auch das Besteck. Also sehr unhygienisch. Eine Person des Personals war ständig am reden, statt nach dem Rechten zu schauen.
Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Dear guest, With great disappointment and pity, we got to read your review about our hotel services. Although we were adequate in some areas, we read that our restaurant was not satisfactory. It mostly pities us the fact that you never mentioned anything, to any of our staff. Since it is our aim to make you feel welcomed, relaxed and taste the Cretan food, we would have done our best to improve your experience with us. Our staff is there to help you with every little or big thing at your stay. We strongly urge our future guests to let us know the slightest thing that might bother their experience with us and we may only promise to do our best to improve their stay. Taking your comment in to account we would like to add the following: We do provide at every lunch four different choices of dishes at live cooking and during dinner 5 choices of dishes at live cooking, changing every day. Within few minutes you could have a freshly cooked dish at your plate. On top of that, we do serve 8 choices of buffet food, on hot plates with lamps on top to keep the buffet warm. Your comment is something that we are going to investigate, since we are really trying to serve our food in the best possible way. Considering the way our restaurant and tables are decorated, our aim is to provide a cozy, family like and polite environment instead of the modern industrial feeling. There are pictures of them on our website along with any other Social media platform there is. We do prepare the plates for your on the table, due to covid.
