Das Hotel ist zwar etwas alt, aber sehr gut angelegt. Der Strand ist sehr schön, genau wie das Riff. Die Reservierung des Strandplatzes (Liegen, Auflagen & Windschutz) ist einfach Klasse geregelt. Leider herscht in diesem Hotel eine zwei Klassengesellschaft . Die italienischen Gäste haben ein separtes Restaurat, wo es sehr viel besseres, abwechslungsreicheres , vielseitigeres Essen gibt. Dieses Restaurat dürfen zwar alle Gäste betreten, aber sich dort niederlassen als nicht Italiener ist verboten. ( Wir als Deutsche, wurden dort nicht bedient, sondern aufgefordert es umgehend zu verlassen.)
Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und abgewohnt wurden aber jeden Tag gereinigt und auch frische Handtücher hingelegt. Frisches Wasser in Flaschen bekamen wir täglich.
Für frischen Saft, Obst etc. musste man 2€ zahlen. Das Essen ist sehr einseitig. Gemüse meist noch roh...alles im allem wirklich sehr sehr schlecht. Auch die Getränke gingen garnicht und wir waren schon sehr sehr oft in Ägypten ....so schlecht war es noch nie.
Das Personal gab sich Mühe, aber leider können sie auch nur auf Anweisung handeln. Als wir man ein kleines Problem auf dem Zimmer ( im Bad , Gestank aus dem Waschbecken) hatten, wurde dies sofort erledigt.
Vom Flughafen Hurgada ca. 3 Stunden entfernt, sehr ruhig gelegen.

Secondly it is not true that we have to class society as all services in the hotel available for all Utopia guests all activities in the hotel also available for all guests ,no difference between nationalities they receive the same treatment all over the hotel all bars all pools in every where available for all guests the only difference that the Italian guests have their own restaurant as the other they have also their own restaurant the Italian restaurant with an Italian chef especially for the first dishes we mean the pasta . The third thing about food variety we try to provide more food variety by changing our menu and we have already changed the chef he is starting to change the menu to provide more food variety .
