Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und das Riff ist wunderbar. Die Bars haben bis auf eine kein gutes Getränkeangebot. Strandkörbe viel zu eng beieinander
Waren gut, aber ohne Stühle. Bekamen wir erst nach mehrfachen drängeln.
Das Essen war nicht mal 1 Stern wert ! Keinerlei Abwechslung, keinerlei Attraktionen. Die Auswahl sehr mäßig. Wenn man etwas später kam wurden nur Reste ausgegeben, nicht Neues nachgelegt. Tee gab es zum Frühstück nur rationiert, abends gar nicht !
Von Bedienung konnte keine Rede sein. Wir wurden in 3 Wochen nur 1 x !!!! beim Mittag und Abendessen gefragt, ob wir was trinken wollen. Das haben wir in 20 Jahren Ägypten noch nicht erlebt. Am Strand die Bar war nur notdürftig bestückt, es gab auch keinen Service am Strand. Die Freundlichkeit lies auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde von Anfang an auf Trinkgeld gewartet.
