Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment and we have to apologize if something happened and disturbed you during your stay . Secondly about the room the majority of hotel rooms renovated and every guest receive the room as he has booked as in Utopia beach club we have different room category starting with economy ,standard,superior , family superior ,diving center bungalows deluxe room front beach and two junior suite.we book the room depending on what the guest has booked. About what you have mentioned about Corona protection we follow the rules as standard we keep the distance with different signs in the restaurant we create two buffets one inside and the second is outside in order to reduce the guests on the buffet , for the meals time we open the buffet half an hour earlier in order to allow the guests more time ,we keep the distance between the tables ,on the beach we sign the sun beds for the whole stay .we disinfect every where ,hotel staff vaccinated ,we respect all government rules.
