Sehr große Anlage, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Tauchmöglichkeit, gute Poollandschaft, das Essen war leider wenig gewürzt, es gab häufig das selbe. Unser Zimmer war schlecht. Das Mobiliar abgeschlagen, die Klimaanlage ratterte übermäßig laut und war nicht zu regulieren, alles war mit einer Staubschicht bedeckt.

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment about hotel service and staff,we have to apologize about the negative points you have mentioned about the room,the hotel management has a plan to renovate the rooms ,about the air condition in summer time you are going to find fixed temperature to avoid any problem caused to any guest coming from the very cold air condition.about cleaning the room all room boys the clean the room every day and take care about any thing in the room. About food variety and testy as you know and have seen that nowadays in Utopia beach club we have 4 restaurants ,one main and three a la carte restaurants,with different menu spicy and not.thanks a lot hoping to see you soon.
