Because of your inappropriate and aggressive behaviour and the complaints that other guests made about you to the representative of the travel agency, we asked from the travel agency to remove you in to another hotel in order to protect the safety of the other guests. For all the above reasons your review is written with further aim and intentions to slander the hotel on purpose and cause defamation spreading false rumours about us and spoil our reputation on purpose. As an awarded hotel globaly for the best quality service we provide to our guests, we will always do our best to keep the high level of our services and protect the safety of our guests.
